What proof is there that coaching actually works?
There is some very compelling proof that coaching works. Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) undertook a survey of people who had experienced coaching to ascertain how it went. This survey was done on behalf of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).In summary the findings of that survey were:-
- They enjoyed the experience so much they would undertake coaching again.
- They saw significant improvement in their fulfilment in life.
- They experienced significant improvement in their performance both in their business and personal lives.
- The vast majority of people and businesses made their investment back.

99% - of clients were satisfied with the coaching experience96% - of clients would repeat the process and hire a coach again in the future
